    I saw another video with her "after" Lynn 1 year in. Great job! Very inspirational! This video was helpful for me as I completed my first workout, as it was a little slower paced explaining how to position yourself and set up for each exercise and allowed me enough time to complete the exercises along with the video. I was sweating big time and felt it!

    I have been watching you on HSN with the Total Gym. I have been thinking of getting it but not sure I'll use it for anything but for the squat board and pull ups. Do you think Total Gym would ever just make a version without the cables and more for squats, leg exercises, abs , and pull ups? Just a thought.😊

    Omg had to repurchase used one as got rid of mine 4 years ago wen moved to smaller place. Nothing has replaced this machine and results! Lov your updated videos., my arms need lots of work., crepiness and saggy skin., hope will help.. whole body needs work over., 62 soon and need to keep on top of everything! You are soooo amazing! Keep doing what you are doing! You rock ! Any special atm moves for crepiness or saggy skin? Thx R

    I bought a used Platinum Plus from a friend and have finally started to use it. I will definitely workout along with your video! I see you have some kind of handles on the glide board. I would like to have some, too but can't find anything online.

      @@blossom5144 that is a weight bar - you can add weight bar to the FIT model & XLS … the Platinum plus does not have ability to add this bar

    Hi Rosalie we love the total gym ,we bought one on Marketplace for only 25.00 it needed a little fixerup my Husband did that we work out 30min a day he's 77 and I'm 70 we love it .we love your workouts.

    I am a 40 year old male who is losing weight by alternate day fasting and eating a better diet. My question is: would these exercises help me tone and and keep muscle? I don’t want to build to much muscle but at least a bit so I looked toned if that makes sense. I also have this machine but I don’t think the cables go down to the legs. Is mine hooked up wrong? I got it 2nd hand and it was hooked up when I got it. Can you give me some guidance on how to hook it up or point me to a diagram or something? Thank you

    I’m finding this is my go to exercise routine when I’m low on energy, but want to keep getting stronger. In a shorter amount of time I can work all areas and feel really good at the end. Rosalie, what would I do without you! ❤

      @@g.b.8899 great question!! All the cable exercises will activate your core- so good for abs - then I would add bent knee toe taps.. just lie on your glide board at level 1 and press your low back into the board as you alternate toe taps…seated ab twists are good too… brace your core
